The following programs/diaries have been developed so you can keep a record of all of your fishing activities. You can record as much information as you like and the program will automatically sort the information into easily read graphs providing really useful information. These are long term projects with enough room to keep records for a lifetime or at least many years; there is room for nearly 2000 entries. They will provide you with years of interest and up to date useful facts about your fishing in regards to best species, conditions, venues and baits. There are three different programs covering coarse, game and sea fishing plus our own program developed from our own records. They have all been developed on Windows XP-Microsoft excel and each program/diary is about 44MB. Read on for more information and examples of each program.

AF COARSE FISHING PROGRAM/DIARY: - You can enter up to 11 different species, 10 different venues, and 10 different baits and up to 9 conditions. You choose which of these you want to record. For example if you only want to record month, weather, air temperatures, and water colour – the program will only sort these conditions. This is for pleasure and match anglers but, specimen anglers could use this as well as you could enter only one species. The program automatically sorts your data into over 40 graphs showing various aspects of your fishing, best baits, best venues, help with which species to fish for and much more. You only enter information in the green areas, everything else is done automatically. All of the formulas and calculations can be viewed in the program; nothing is hidden. Up to 8 different species can be entered, brown trout, rainbow trout, sea trout etc but, you could enter only one species. This is very similar to the coarse fishing program but, tides can be recorded instead of water temperatures; there are 4 states of tide - high, low, ebb and flood. The program automatically sorts your data into over 40 graphs showing various aspects of your fishing, best baits, best venues, help with which species to fish for and much more.
